but some otp can be repaired via adb with root..use google maybe it will help

Mate I tried in ADB mode by Volcano couldn't repaired

So, you guys not read read logs at all. Burned OTP always mean it can't be repaired.
"ADB" ways and rest is fake thing, or even if work - until first reset.

To recover IMEI in Alcatel - need reflash fully working FW.
