Alcatel V212 dead after flashing
 

I have a Alcatel V212, which had some problems with menu I am writing firmware and language pack from Infinity support and the FFS I wrote what I found in the eeprom packet(from support) and the phone died after this operation. I tried to write my flash backup but error at loading. I tried to rewrite the saved eeprom but the phone is still dead. Can anyone help me solve this?
