Read Flashfile Ok But Show This Error Always.

When i Want Write Flashfile
Text .......... Bad File

and File zise 3.64gb

Hello.
Does mobile working good or even hang at start screen or any symptom of life ?
It can't init DRAM and all will fail, in any try.
