please explique me how my probleme

if i try sn reader work ok
if i try old softe marche ok
if i try new softwrae " verus error 1027......ect and my pc is good no verus
please replay me support

Please, just check again your previous post about your problem.
I asked you to make really easy thing several times and still can't understand why you don't want to read my advices.

You can easily find your previous post here if you will make search by "@@@" text.
Btw, what does this signs (@@@) means for you ?

I have sent you a PM with the ways you can contact us and what we require from you to enable us to make sure you do not have any such problems in the future, kindly reply to it and if after that you still have problems with our software we will happily refund you your money, but if you time and again keep on posting messages that you do not get support and that you unsattisfied with the support then I think you should check your icq, pm, and the posts we have made urging you to provide us with your box details without which we are helpless.
