Hello,
What is your dongle serial number? Check your support expiry date- Infinity-Box - FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Looks like you need to renew your support period.

Two Options Available:

1. FREE: Chinese Miracle-2 v 0.XX (Test Version)

2. Not Free: Chinese Miracle-2 v 1.XX (Release) + New Updates/Support

So if you want to use Test versions you can use for free but if you want to use latest support you need to renew/buy support.
So check and select what you required.

open shell and go to support area and check here what's your support period
