after flash with beta WW_ZC550KL_V13.8.26.15_M3.1.39_Phone-user.raw (may be its for 8916 CPU SKU firmware )

unknown base band and imei nuul

its not rooted and bl not unlocked, infinity log is bellow

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. PRESS and HOLD BOTH VOLUME KEYS!
3. Insert USB cable. In some cases require use EDL cable or TP to force EDL mode!

Did you flash with stock rom from asus website??
if no,

please have a look here
download the rom and flash it,

8916_V 13.8.26.76 only for WW 8916 CPU SKU only

P.S. : but, please be careful of sku, before download the rom

what a result after???

i tried WW 8916_V 13.8.26.76 and Version WW 8939-13.8.26.80
From asus web

both failed

asus is completely stupid phone. i regularly get failure in servicing those phones. and hcances of reviabal is 5%
