Auto pin finder power problem - GSM-Forum

Dear box supporter,
Some sets not get on with auto pin finder box.sets switch on with battery and swithch on with infinity box also.I select other hardware line also.Any alternate idea sir? Advance thanks.

What is the problem exactly ?

this not matter if our phone not geting on then infinity pinfinder is also able find pinout i m also tested on 7 ded phones

Thanks for reply.For example one restart with sim complaint set will get on with out sim ok.The same set will not get on with auto finder RJ45 with ur supplied power cable.THE SAME SET WILL GET ON INFINITY BOX RJ45 WITH UR POWER CABLE.So that this set pin out we cannot find with auto pin finder box.I am asking on sets,not dead set.then how to use via additional hardware line,pl explain.thanks

hello!

even if phone is not able to power ON fully with box- it still can be searched for pinout.
sometimes USB power is not enough to power On it completely.

alternatively you can add external power to free ports of power cable.
but i repeat, it is not necessary for pinout search

Thanks for reply.In my experience,which handset get on with auto pin finder that only gave pin out result.other ports yet did not give pin out for me.Ok i will try my best and post.

hello!

it should blink at least. If phone do not power at all- then you probably connected to wrong batery terminals
