Auto PinFinder Power Problem

This box seems ok to me, but as with all boxes, there are a few phones that it doesnt work ok.
There are a few China phones that it cannot power. That is to say these phones comes up with battery, but not with pinfinder power cables.
Its not a matter of connecting the cables correctly, the cables are always well connected (the batteries have the "+" and "-" indicators and its almost impossible to mistake them. Also the indicator red light behind the pin finder remains on while i try to power phone (showing that the polarity is correct).

Maybe support should look at making it work with phone battery as well, or is there a way out ?

Please, download latest PinFinder manual: http://www.infinity-box.biz/download..._PinFinder.pdf
Please, see page 18: Automatic pinout detection: Troubleshooting
I hope you can solve at least 99% of possible problems (especially with 8, 12, 14, 15 pins cables) with this instruction.

hello!

some uniboxes have very small output voltage on pin1.
Also 0,7 volts is dropping on transistor which swith power to phone.
so at the end we get voltages below 3,7 volts which is not enough to power On phone
if you have on pinfinder output voltage below 3,7v- please modify your unibox
there must be diode removed and set shortcut.
Where is located this diode you can find in pin finder user manual in troubleshooting section

@dannyogolo
maybe your phone is not MTK based, maybe its spreadtrum or something else. [which you cant auto detect pinouts] with standard cables come with pinout finder.
one small advice: open phone and check CPU type [info is writen on cpu] if its MTK or not.
