Member: 704471 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | auto restart! 1)the mobile autorestart 2-3 times per minute and every time it have to re-search the connection with the line. 2)when I try to turn on the bluetooth, it says: First:"Switching..." after: "cancel" and if I re-try it says: "Initializing bluetooth, Now wait a moment!" but the bluetooth never set on!! I don't have any idea what brand my mobile is and I would like to know how to change firmware. I tried to restore factory settings but nothing changed. Please help me |

How can I know exactly what kind of model I've bought? Have I to change the firmware or there is another way? I'm sorry but I don't know nothing about chinaphone and the page you linked is difficult to me SORRY |

Member: 148515 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19,531 | hello! first of all you must decide which tool to use. if you will buy infinity- you will be welcome ask questions in this forum. i think you can solve this problem without flashing But! you must remmber that sometimes phone faults is caused by hardware reasons, so i cant promice you 100% that we will repair your problem. if you are not in GSM repairing bussiness- i think is easyer to turn for professional help in some service center |

How can I solve it?anther specification: when the phone is linked to pc in mass storage modality, it doesn't reboot! maybe is the battery the real problem? but I tried with 2 battery and it's the same.. I'm not in business but I have some experience with mobiles and mp4 china players. But the real problem is that I'm from Italy and here china phones are not usual |

Member: 172434 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.161280 Thanks Meter: 577 | try to format it from pc when u connect usb data cable, could be some corrupted data and ur blutooth module could also be responsible, u said it cant be turned on, if u are good on hardware, try rehoting the module. |
