b229 emergency driver problem

when i connect the phone in normal mode then driver[modem port] ok but when i connect the phone in emergency mode by pressing 9 plus power then WDM Port ? mark and another port also ? mark

i cant understand from where comes the problem, from phone or from the driver

plz help me masters

if you have other pc you can try with other pc (with installed drivers) so you will be able to understand where is the problem
