Hi infinity team,
I asked help in the lv918 model for the bad software problem which had the version V_11, but after somany days also you not interested in clearing my problem i still having three sets in my hands in the same bad software problem and also i tried all the versions and the eeproms as you told me but there is no good result for that tel me now what can i do, kindly do something for the bad software in LV 918 version V_11 please

hello!

unfortunatly we already adviced all we could. It is very hard to help remotly without having this unit in hands.
our software can do all what is needed read/write firmware, format, restore IMEI.
rest is in your hands, find same phone read out backup, try in your unit, etc.
it is very strange that from thsousands phones only your units can not be repaired, baybe it is time to check hardware too?

Hi,
Yeah u rite but if i hav only one you can say that it could be hardware but i hav three sets in that two i only made bad software by formatting without taking backup as u said i hav read the file from a working phone and write in this but also same white display so that only am asking you for the solution because it is a very much annoying problem for me, thanks .

Still you looking solution for the bad software problem, as u said its not hardware i hav three sets all are good in hardware, i need eeprom (V_11), so kindly make this upload in the supported site please. thanks.

unfortunatly we dont have this phones localy. If you find working sets- read out backups and send to us, we will upload them all

already uploaded the file as u requested earlier, if u need eeprom then i'l upload it.

i have also same problem this model with firmware v_11. returned three set to customer. tryed a lot to solve with different firmware and eeprom files.. no result. sometimes display not comming, sometimes showning bad soft sometimes only on off sound comming like this..
