Anycoolt808 cannot connect helpmeout


Hi guys i m having problem on anycool t808 when i use power cable i can not turn on the phone but when i use battery and turn on the phone phone can turn on what to do i know its not cable cuz i just tried luvme brand phone and i can turn on with power cable what will be the problem if i can not turn on with power cable i can not connect the phone how do i connect my phone plz help me it has user lock.

yes i mean that i can not turn on phone with that cable i can turn on all other phone with that cable.so its very strange phone is working when i put the battery.

have you modified your main infinity box according pinfinder user manual, trubleshooting section? there must be diode removed and shortcutted

no i have not try that can u give me in to solve this problem pz customer already too the phone but i next time i gt same phone i can do

please open pinfinder user manual and find out how must be diode removed and shortcutted. This modification will increase pinfinder power
