Did you tried to make "unlock" via "read codes" method ? It is safe procedure.
What is the results ?

What is this phone pinout ?

but phone still locked

Rx/Tx points should be marked at PCB.
Did you tried to open phone to check it ?

yes i have opened the phone but there is no where written rx tx gnd

As i remember check below sim trey. There r some test points and find out rx tx and gnd by voltage measurement method


THERE IS NOT WRITEN AS RX TX GND. U HAVE TO FIND
