Benq M300/tchibo no connect - GSM-Forum

I`ve read various Threads about it but get no answer.

Software says I should connect phone switched off and press Power On to connect. Phone powers on, but NO connect.

Some threads says connect Phone powered on or "Phone should be powered on"...

Actual Software seems to be waiting for Testpoint, but Pictures are removed so I think it should work without Testpoint

Hm... If test-points pictures moved to common "Documentation" folder during latest installation this not means that phone hardware changed.
1. run "Shell"
2. press to "Documentation..." link
3. see pictures of all test-points
use test point for M300

There are Only Pictures of O2x1-Models... I have latest Installation (2.4a)... maybe you removed it in one of the last versions?!

M300 has the same test point as O2X1i/b
