sir first time i unlock from infinity box main but i can not unlock the benq a38 model when i press sp unlock than replay is below

COM99 [VCP0] selected
module v1.33

What is the problem with this phone exactly ?
What you see at phone LCD when you power-on phone with SIM card ?

What is the results ?

sir i tried with another Sim card (idea) but display shown first insert correct Sim than Sim code please give me a right solution as soon as possible.

Hello,
1. make full flash backup
2. make eeprom backup

3. flash phone with any repair_eeprom file from support area and make unlock again
