| benq siemens a38 not unlock sir first time i unlock from infinity box main but i can not unlock the benq a38 model when i press sp unlock than replay is below COM99 [VCP0] selected module v1.33 Device: BenQ A38 Checking data, wait... Action: unlock Boot... Phone should be Switched OFF ! Press Power button now ! Connecting... Boot Done Check Connection... Check Connection Done Set Baud... 812500 Set Baud Done Check Flash... Check Flash Done Check Parameters... Flash: 0001:227E221D2200 error: not locked or unknown eeprom Check Parameters Fail Finished, time used: 10 sec Remove/Install battery now ! please help me as soon as possable |

| What is the problem with this phone exactly ? What you see at phone LCD when you power-on phone with SIM card ? |

| sir i tried with another Sim card (idea) but display shown first insert correct Sim than Sim code please give me a right solution as soon as possible. |

| Hello, 1. make full flash backup 2. make eeprom backup 3. flash phone with any repair_eeprom file from support area and make unlock again |
