You need to upgrade your Dongle via latest Dongle Manager.
Check your support period first for active support.

Infinity-Box/Dongle and Infinity-Box [BEST] are different products, it's activation on Infinity-Box [BEST] or Infinity-CDMA does not changes it's policy of yearly activation.
Every user running Infinity-Box/Dongle has to renew it's support after support expiry.
