A co-worker stupidly took our activated Infinity [BEST] dongle with him home and supposedly lost it in a car. Is it possible to transfer the account onto an already existing Infinity-Box/Dongle?I have the serial number,email attached and logins for the infinity-box support.Thanks

If you've the proved as you stated above, you have no problem, they will do it for you. Wait for their reply.

Not possible to transfer a dongle as An activation.
Buy same Dongle as Lost one tranfer will be done.

I am afraid it's impossible to transfer dongle to abother dongle as activation.
