best activation on my cm2 dongle

HI sorry if i am using wrong thread for best activation on my cm2 dongle
i bought cm2 usb dongle and on that dongle i got activation for infinity best
when i try to open it get following massage
send+receive error,ISO7816 error 0*6e00 (Class not supported)
after this massage program open but when i try to do any function it just disappear
any help pls my cm2 models are working properly

Download from support and use latest CM2 and BEST software versions.
