Hello,

What to do:

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

OR

1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (good result for today is with Alcor Card-Reader)

The next steps are:

2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware

- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !

please do not lie ! you have tried with FT2000 card reader.

server allow ONLY ONE UPDATE TRY, this helps to save smart-card that "smart" people try to kill. if you want to kill card - please continue your non-stop attacks but let me inform you - your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours

again error.... maybe try with other dongle or Infinity pin finder box??

again error because you again use SCR2000 reader and you do not update drivers.

i update driver for scr2k and i see "driver version 2.5.9.1202" but again this is error tommorow i try with other PC and with other Dongle or BOX.

Sorry now i update card and Card is working thanks for helping me problems with my dongle, i change dongle and all fixed.
