Best dongle Error don't want to open - GSM-Forum

I have infinity box and best dongle activated on it, I am using from a long time now I am getting error here is error
Send+Receive error.ISO7816 error 0*6985 (Command not allowed. Conditions of use not satisfied)

Where is the problem.

Hello. Run DongleManager and check info. Follow advises, which DongleManager will show in log.
