hello!

first of all you must make sure that you have mt62xx MCU phone.
you either can do this by disassembling phone or by typing *#0044# and pressing green (send) button.
if you will see "language set: english"- you can be sure, that this phone is MT62xx

second: connect phone to box power and try to power it ON.
if it does not power On- you must modify main infinity box (remove diode)
and might be need to add capacitor to pinfinder output.
both procedures are available in pinfinder user manual.

third: you must press power button and hold it all the time while program search pinout.

please check if all steps are correct in your case

hello!

lets start from beggining.
when you connect power wires to phone,
run pinfinder software,
can you power On phone from pinfinder power?
for this you must select cable type and press "Power On" button in software

Same Problem IPF can't detect any Phone

Hello @Supporters i have the same problem. My Pin Finder doesn't detect any phone, with an Alcatel 303 (for testing) on hand and the right procedure (as i read in FAQ) i modified my Infinity Box (using the specified Jumper), with a multimeter i check wires have 4.9V, but phone is never detected eather if i set manually the correct pinout no luck. What more can i do to use it please?

Thanks In Advance!

hello!

there is also small chance that pinfinder itself is defective.
if you sure that you doing all correctly- i think best way is to send it to reseller for testing

@Support, thanks for your fast reply but could you assist me deeper please, (what more can i test) because since i purchased i haven't ever been able to use it, (months) and send it back to the reseller would be too expensive.

Thanks in advance.-

Hey bro i don't think it is a Software Bug, mine is the Infinity Pin Finder hardware, because SW runs normally, so i would like to know which components to check to be sure hardware has malfunction.-
