hello

i have flashed alcatel 303x with simfree firmware. after that i get no service?

what should i do?

i`m not confodent with eeprom files so i dont want to try that
please help infinity team

i have finally repaired it

solution is:

flash it with
303X-2BALEU1-132_XI13AA20_JRD23_08A_PCB01_GPRS_MT6223P_S00.MAUI _08A_W08_36_SP1_V9_2009-02-19_En_Fr_Es_It_De_simfree.B0M.bin

after that make format: complete

Also do not forget to use latest MModule software version, it's very important for Alcalel models !

sorry but still problem with this phone..
after some time when you change sim you cant power on the phone..
any solution to this infinity team ?

Did you tried to power-on phone without sim card ?
What is the results ?

yes there was a problem like that. it was turning on without simcard.i thought that its imei problem

i have made complete format again
after that imei repair

now it works good but i dont know for how long it will last..

Hello,

If you will see the same problem after several days again, I think you need to check phone hardware due to it may be that hardware is partially damaged (f.e. bad soldering etc.).

i`ll check if it returns again but the phone was brand new when arrived and i hope that it will not return again..

Infinity is great and helped me a lot, but, this time, I unlocked the phone with easy (pinout from polarbox) because I keep out of reflash.

Hello,

You can try to open phone and check it's hardware, f.e. rehot/reball flash chip.

Here is direct unlock solution for Alcatel models.
It's beta solution, need to test it and see what will be the results.
Please, try to unlock phone with this new software:

It is no need to flash phone, just use "SP-Unlock" button from software "Service" page.

Waiting for your results.

303X-2ARGTE1-169_XI16CD03_JRD23_08A_PCB01_GPRS_MT6223P_S00.MAUI _08A_W08_36_SP1_V9_2009-05-14_En_Fr_Es_It_Pt.B0M.bin

after that i have made Sp unlock

now only ALCATEL appears on the screen and the phone shuts down?
any solution?
