Bird Type S288+mobile
 

I do have 39 pcs of bird phone type S288 all of them a brand new with one problem.if the the phone fully charged after one call the battery is empty and if you live the battery in the phone for some time it could not start again.
But if you charge the Battery separetly the battery can last for 4 day working is it software or hard ware please help.

Some people have reported about this problem like about software problem.
It can be that your S288+ was flashed with ordinary S288 firmware.

Try to make this:
Take one phone (with charging problem) and try to flash it with all firmwares from our support area (one by one) and test charging after each flash process.

S288 and S288+ are different flash type......
just reflash it with a PLUS flash file if you have S288+

I flash it with the softwares as you said but the phone charger well and shows that it is chargnig but does not retain the charges.After charge to about 5 hours and remove the charger thaphone display LOW BATTERY the applied in all the 39pcs after flash with all the files in the support area please post more information

Can get a locked s288+. I bought infinity because of bird mobile, but if there is this problem unlocking it, then no use of buying this tool.

If you have on hands any phone that currently not supported, then pls, read flash from it, send it to: InfinityHelp at yahoo.com.hk and we will check flash ASAP. After this it will be possible to make update.

Thats software problem cause by unlocking it with modified firmware. Try to reflash with original sw.

Maybe Im wrong, but as I know: it's a problem with different hardware installed in S288/S288+. You will get charging problem if you flash S288 with S288+ firmware.

S288 (NOT S288+):

LCD TYPE-1: OLD Hardware (quite old, very rare)
LCD TYPE-2: NEW Hardware (latest S288)

Decustomzed:
LCD TYPE-1: S288_v140_Main_En_Fr
LCD TYPE-2: S288_v336_Main_En_Ru
LCD TYPE-2: S288_v350_Main_En_Fr

SMART customized:
LCD TYPE-2: S288_v241_Main_En_SMART (original locked)
LCD TYPE-2: S288_v241_Main_En_SMART_Unlock

Rest firmwares: received from customers w/o detailed description.
I think that all of them is for new LCD type, but can't be sure that it will works good for S288+.
In any case, you can make backup from your SMART S288 (S288+), write flash from our support area, test phone. If it will be any problems, then we always can restore backup and also I think it will be possible to prepare unlock solution for it.
