Please someone help me try to running Bird02_v106 and Bird01_v112 always Eror: 87
maybe needed latest software ?

What is error 87 ?
When you see it ?
Where is Log file ?

First running appearsmall windows error: 87 , Click ok 13 times then progam can use normal. This happen after update dongle and use old software:

Hi,

I think you have selected com port that not exist. select correct COM port.
also you can delete file setup.ini so software will use default startup settings.

please infinity team i can not build cable please where are ready made cable to buy please i really need this cable for this new fones thank u

Now I understand what is problem.
After extract from winrar progam automatic select auto search com.
now after untick and start program no more error= 87
