Bluetooth a968 pinout, urgent

Bluetooth A968
I found the pinouts for the first cpu using infinity box and pinfinder

connector 1x18 (L18B)

cpu 1
CPU: MT6225
result: Rx:12 Tx:10

for cpu 2 maybe on pcb, or it got diffrent power on button, just open your phone and see if got rx_b tx_b or rx_2 tx_2 word

or power on b

josephic 06-03-2008 18:03

no pinouts on the pcb except the power-a and power-b pins, I have already opened the phone and looked for those pins but nothing found. the only way is to find the pinouts by pinfinder or soldering the cables to the point where the socket connected to the pcb. but also I can't find to which legs to solder

hello!

can you measure voltages on all phone pins?

Mansoor 06-04-2008 07:53

Or

InfinityHelp 06-04-2008 09:45

hello!

very easy.
take multimeter, one probe to some grounded phone part.
by another probe you touch one by one all phone pins.
Ignore pins for CPU1
CPU2 pins will have voltage 2,7-2,9 volts
some phones require both SIM to be inserted in phone in order to be found

mentari 06-05-2008 19:48

i just want to help.
may be you can use this way.

put your simcard,

press find it on your infinity finder, a information windows will appear, after that, connect power_on_b to gnd and hold it, press ok on information window.

first: I thank you too much for your interest my friends, I appreciate this.
correction: the connector was 1x20 but this is not the matter, after I tried it with 1x18 immediately changed to 1x20.
using 1x18 cpu 1 pinouts are rx=12 tx=10,
using 1x20 rx=13 tx=11

anyway....
I tried all these things you are talking about. there is no power_a or power_b pins on the pcb. no rx tx pinouts on the pcb. (or I couldn't see them, and this is very little possibility). I think we aggree on that we are here to find solutions and help each other.
frankly infinity box doesn't cost that much money or the team must provide a wide database about phone and support more models.
it doesn't seem to happen.

again anyway.
after 20 days I'll have more time for these things. and now inviting you establish a team to build the needed database and publish it on the internet for members.

hello mr.josephic!

if i could get this phone to my own hands i would find pinout in minutes.
but problem is that some models is very rare.
so for this models is easyer to find pinout by yourself instead of waiting 20 days
take multimeter and measure voltages on all phone pins
detect pinout_2 by voltages 2,7-2,9volts

hello!

1. set multimeter to voltage measuring.
2. check bettery voltage, it should be more than 3,7volts
3. set one multimeter probe to some grounded phone part
(if you cant find grounded part outside phone- you need to take out small thin wire from negative battery terminal)
4. with second probe touch one by one all phone pins (phone battery attached)
(to get better result i would advice to set needle on the end of second probe)

memorise pins with voltage between 2,7-2,9volts.
those are tx/rx
