It's cable problem, wrong pinout. You must use correct cable and select correct COM port.

Due to a lot of different models with the same name but absolutely different hardware,
bottom connectors and different pinouts we recommend you to make detailed description of model,
attach phone photo, phone bottom connector photo and information about Gnd and Charge pins on phone bottom connector.

After you have this information prepared, please, check the next detailed description how to get pinout for your model:

There is absolutely no any difference what box to use: old, new, not so new, not so old, red, silver, black, blue or any other color or size.

hi

i have same problem

i have infinity red box and i have cable the infinity for chinese miracle ( 29 cable infinity for chinese miracle )

but not connect the infinity with any model

Exa cable anycool d66 i use cable name ( UB - CECT004 CECT U8800 )

help infinity team
