Box damaged ,Need to upgrade!


!@Infinity support .

I was working with usb sharing but never shared dongle .
And later that i wanted to work ::Box damaged:: error code 32

I removed all Usb sharing sw from this pc and now i must upgrade dongle.

Dongle serial No (S/N): 3B77F5D5
Firmware version: 010F.02
Dongle identification data damaged, error code #32
"UK edition" status: Off
Last launched application: 0001 v.0150

I am very sad to say, but your dongle blocked now for 2 weeks due to I am tired to repeat: never show your dongle details in public forum, you have an e-mail address (you can see it f.e. in DongleManager) for private discussion.

And i never read User Manuals becose i know my work.
Never done anything to hurt Dongle and this is my second dongle
After Upgrading my first one 'My box card died'' Ok,I can live with that
after 2 years of working
BUt cant stay without working ,You ddint tell that when you sell your dongle ,right!

Never done anything to hurt dongle ,Its sw fault Not mine and youre responsible about this.

Why 2 weeks?????

What have i done for this ??

It's very bad that you did not read user manual. I strongly suggest you to read manuals in future

Are you sure that you talk about Infinity-Box dongle ?
As I remember, it was only 2-3 dead cards during several years of Infinity-Box usage by Infinity-Box users and it was card hardware fault.
If you had a problem with dongle after upgrade we are able to repair it easily, you just need to contact to support person

Say what ?
Say that dongle will be blocked after you will share information about card for public ?
My friendly advice: buy f.e. SmartClip and post your S/N in this forum, let's see what will happen with your dongle....
It's just an example that Infinity-Box is most friendly supporters ower The World.
We have asked users to stop post their details in this forum, we asked again, then again... then again, again and again...
Then we have made an explanation in FAQ thread (BUT NOBODY READ MANUALS and FAQ !!!!!!!!).
Now you tell ma that I am wrong. Why so ?

If you unable to read FAQ and manuals it's not mine but yours problem.

"zero level" users never read manuals, professional users always reead manuals and FAQ to get base knowledge about products.

I deserve it after 10 years in this bussiness,
None told me that before

I think we have to add an extra hour to our agenta to read about your box protection.

Box damaged by itself ,and in same pc i have all boxes like Cruiser,Fgold,Vygis,Setool,Jaf.
Only Infinity damaged
Its like Seeing Uragans in Usa and Running like hell in Athens man.

I know that you have to keep your bussines secured But its not my fault at all

Its your protection fault

Very good way to help peoples

Just a question: should we releas on next week Infinity-Box software for free to avoid all problems with your PC configuration, Infinity-Box protection, dongle upgrade etc ?
Please, let me know the date when you want to see all Infinity-Box software without protection and we ill think about your advice very seriously.

p.s.
Really professional users read manuals before make something but people who know nothing always say "I have limited time, I must work but not read manuals".
But if you will think little bit more than 10 seconds I hope you will understand by yourself who read manuals and dont.

Dear sir i have same problem after installing usb over network (before installing i dont know about this problem dongle data damaged )but i m trying to repair sony ericsson set with usb port sharing not trying to sharing dongle & not using for enfinity ,If we want to use this kind of software how to take of our dongle or dont use this software on same pc where infinity installed,I have sended u PM yesterday pls activate my dongle some work i have to do.

Never want this kind of 'solution' for any dongle .I have all dongles. and i prefer to use original sw even when crack is out.

Its your choice to read . but dont give me any advices in my work.
None readed manuals and For sure None is reading everybox manuals .

Dont tell me that when you first bought any box you readed manual how to install it and how to unlock phones.
They are almost same .
Never readed anything ,Ex. When new solutions came out and i dont know how they work . In Infinity i readed only about X70 Unlocking

I never had any problem with any box til when 'Smart Infinity protection' found Usb sharing installed in pc.
Why this should be problem>??
I never shared Infinity .I shared Lg phone

What can i say ?? This is the truth.
Maybe you're better than me in gsm field but we are not here for comparing.And you are doing that from the first thread.

You are here for helping and giving support not for making fool of peoples.
I can get some post of you doing that if you dont know what i mean

ps. Usb sharing > problem with Infinity
That's a real problem as from now more solution will be remote and you
must think about that.

can easy find a serial,NO?
