box error


dear infinity, i have this problem too with my box INFINITY. It can't connect.when i upgrading the dongle,dongle couldnt connect anymore,here is the log:

Hello,

Yes, sure we will help you, but it will be after some time.
For now your dongle is blocked for some time due to you did not read FAQ and you have posted your full dongle S/N in public forum.
It's your fault, not our fault, so you have to accept this rule.
What to do now:
1. read FAQ thread in current forum
2. read this: http:///vbb/showthread.php?t=342807 and especially this: http://www./showthread.php?t=524023
3. you are welcome to contact us after 2 weeks by e-mail: [email protected]

I hope you are not so angry due to we are rerally tried to ask our dear users never post dongle details in puvblic forum.
We ask once... zero understanding
We ask again... zero understanding

We ask twenty seven thouzand times... zero understanding

So for now we block dongles for some time, after this procedure users remember this good move and understand everything well.
