BOX problem


see the pic box port cant see....
and RX TX light all the time on.
if i connect usb cable RX TX light on.

help he Infinity team.

before 2 days its ok for work.
i flash one W220 moto phone.
but today i cant work.
becouse RJ54 TX RX light always on.
today i connect this box for same w220 hang.
but TX RX light on and did not find infinity port.
com1
com2
other port but VPC0 port cant find
and box did not want that driver also..
device maneger did not say driver not found, wrong driver, other msg.
what can i do....
but i can go to support with this box....

1. uninstall FTDI drivers
2. reboot PC
3. install drivers again

Hello,

It may be that FTDI chip in box become damaged (in most cases it's a result of wrong wires connection from box to phone).
You can replace box FT232 chip, make search in this forum regarding "FT232" and you will see and instruction.

Hello,

yes, you can take FTDI IC from other box, but check that all letters of FTDI chip is the same due to different types of FTDI chip exist.

You do not need to make any programming after FTDI chip replacement.
