box update error - GSM-Forum

i got new box i try to update with DongalManeger it gives me error.

here is the log,

Locating server...
Server#1 address found.
Connecting to server#1...
Server connection successfully established.
S/N: xxxxxxx, Firmware: xxxxxx
Authenticating on server...
Authentication successfull.
Checking DongleManager version...
Your DongleManager is up-to-date.
Checking Dongle Identification...
Identification check error: Server reported error:[0034] Dongle and database data mismatch, errorcode #02. Contact to [email protected]
