box update failed , not finalized and now i can not access support area


box was working and support area was accesible before update procedure

so i can not login to support area

how can we solve that problem?

Hi,

try to upgrade dongle again (some changes in your account on server was made to repair your card) and let me know about results.

Hello!

guys, regarding 7 unsuccesful emails:
if you write Emails- always write clear in subject to what this email releated.
if any of you have yahoo mail box they know that each day coming about 40-50 spam emails. I have to delete them by subject, i have no time to look inside each mail. If you send mail without subject, or with subject "hi", "..." or else- i will not check it. So please save your time and support team time. Always write clear Subejct in each email

about emails, all answers i got was that i must use latest shell etc
anyway

please make one more upgreat and then make
"read dongle serial, supporet area information"
post log here
all this must be done by Dongle manager

login and pass info exist and i can login to support
