first i chek this imei also with your server (id 636432) after this chek model iphone 5s so i asked here if you support this model here
no one ansear me.
i submet this iphone from 25/11 like all model orange clean,2 days after you add other service 5s and 5c with other price.iphone still execeting and no one ansear me so please what i can do for this problem

We have started unlock process 2 days ago, so it was not bad gift for your other supplier after he have found that you send to him imei that have been processed already by other people.

And 2013-11-07 14:59:29 (2 days + 2 hours) you have sent to us message "unlocked with other supplier".

Don't you think, that this imei have been unlocked by us, but your "other supplier" just checked your imei status, found it unlocked and told you in 10 minutes "yes, done, dear".
Don't you think that you must ask for refund your "other supplier" ?

I do not want to fight with you, I love every our customer, but I want to hear your comment about this.

Yes, I think I remember this story with 357998051000663.
And as I remember right, we have replied to you regarding this imei that we are not sure that it will be unlocked.
We have told you that problem is: imei that you have uploaded have been forwarded for processing automatically. You have uploaded 5S as "5", that imei comes for processing and we unable to stop it.

Let me repeat: if we will be able to get refund for that WRONG imei - we will refund it to you. But it was not our fault that you have uploaded "5S" as "5" without any preliminary confirmation from our side.

If you really care about results - I suggest you contact to supporters BEFORE you upload strange imeis for processing.

Once again I want to repeat - I do not want to fight with you and I have no reason to cheat you, but if users makes strange steps without asking questions and receiving any confirmation from us - what we can do ? How we can handle that operations well ?

i checked imei for sfr clean first and he already locked he give me 10mn for unlocked then my iphone unlocked.
if you did unlock this iphone why still executing in your server in 19h so your server take 2days and 6h if you checked iphone submet 12h 42mn.

As I can see, you have used imei check for 013271001172834 only once (at least in our system) and it was in 2013-11-05 (BEFOREyou have uploaded this imei for unlock).
If you say, that you have REALLY checked that imei in 2013-11-07 and you have found that this imei is locked (checked by yourself, you have seen by your own eyes that this imei was locked, not by words of person, who have made 10 minutes unlock for you) - yes, sure I will trust you and I will refund you credits for that operation.

So, my question:
Are you REALLY checked 013271001172834 status at 2013-11-07 before you have sent it to other supplier ?
Honest answer required.

As you can see - now I fight not for a credits, but I want to know the truth, because if you confirm that you really checked your imei 07 Nov - I will start to fight with other people, who have reported that imei as DONE for me.
