Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | Hello, Yes, just want to confirm that in some cases it's quite hard to use uniboxes (supplied in our package) with Moto C115 and C139. To avoid any problems with C113 just make this (it's 100% solution, confimed by more than thousand of users): 1. be sure that your cable COMPLETELY inserted in C113 (because some cables has so big rubber around metal pin). 2. Check "Documentation" folder and adjust COM-port settings or 3. use ordinary COM-port cable or 4. use Prolific-based usb-rs232 converter It's no need to try different Infinity-Box dongles: all our dongles is absolutely the same. It's no need to use different PC, it's not depend on PC. Just follow to my preious advices and you will be able to unlock so many C113 as you wish. |

Just want to explain small difference between plain COM port cables and usb-rs232 convertes (your screenshot was made for USB-RS232 FTDI-based converter, not for plain COM port, not for PROLIFIC-based converter): 1. FTDI usb-rs232 converter: used in unibox. cable connected to USB PC port 2. plain COM-port: cable that has DB-9 connector and connected directly to PC COM port DB9 connector 3. Prolific usb-rs232 converter: PL2303 chip used. cable connected to USB PC port Please, use cables described in '2.' or '3.', not '1.'.

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | It's no need to adjust any settings for ordinary COM port cable. It's better to use cable with external power (it's professional choice - use cables with extrnal power). If you still have problems with COM port cable and if your COM port cable w/o external power make this: try to change RTS/DTR settings in our software (menu -> file -> ...). |

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | Hello, And what software say after all tries ? If it's still no luck try to make this: adjust connector to be sure that it's fit in phone completely. picture you can find here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...24&postcount=2 if still no luck I can offer other easy way: it's not a secret that there are a lot of links to original C115 flasher named "DMTool". Try to use it. It can be that it will works in your case with your cables. You can find a lot of links to "DMTool" in this forum "ODM Motorola" section. |

Yes, it was an answer that was expected by me exactly. I am very sorry that you have so bad experience with C113 and Infinity-Box software (but to be honest, thousands of people have no such problems). My small answer to your question is: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=266144 As about your five new C113 phones: If you want to unlock your phone - just use my last advice and make a job. And, please, post results here. We are always glad to hear about problems/bugs in our software (if really exists) so any your comments are welcome ! For sure our programmers will work more and more harder to remove all possible bugs and make our box more and more powerfull. You are really hardworking person (you have made a lot of photos, screenshots and tests to make C113 unlocked) so, please, make final test by my advice and I hope you will be satisfied with results. My advice you can see in post #11. Thank you for understanding ! and... have a nice day !
