c115 unlock code can't read - GSM-Forum

hello sirs i got a problem in c115 i cant read unlock code and can't format ffs when i do the set read unlock codes it say me to power press the button when i power the button the sets come on and can't read and also can't format ffs every set of motorolla which have unlock code not responding plz help me infinity team plz

sir i m using v1.20
and it giving me this error

Press and HOLD Power button...

after this when i prees the button set comes on but still not gaving any codes
plz tell me wats the problem

Phone firmware version is 3.0.22.E
I think you have communication problem that can be solved by this method:

C115, C116, C139 bad connection:
