C139 connection mode:00 - GSM-Forum

I've been trying to back-up C139 sw. ver. 1.9.24.
But always get this error.

Tried using panasonic-x60 and t191 cable.

COM1 [Serial0] selected
Action: read flash
Device: C139,C140
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
connection mode: 00

check cable and hadsfree connector.
connecting problem.
i have this problem many times.

Posibly handsfree connector have tried diffrent cable same results. Any way to repair this or do you have schematic for handsfree connector.Thanks in advance.

modeel selecot and com port ,connection method is
mathod version 4, selecot and read flash it

if i select connection mode4.
i read full flash and do any operation.

Hello,

Some phones (depends on firmware) should be connected via different modes.
If one mode is not works just try to use another one (in software Settings page).

I have tried method 3 and method 4 connection. But still unit cannot be detected.

This means that it\'s time to read DOCUMENTATION (but in fact it should be done long long time ago) !

this one also has UART disabled and u need to use **16379# and read code via com1 and acer tool.

latest c139 dont have to be tracfone for uart to be disabled, regular cingular c139 also have uart disabled and u have to use **16379# for unlocking. infinity does not support that mode yet use free acer tool instead.
