Device must be POWERED-ON !

Err: Phone not powered or bad connection

but cable is good! sp-unlock and read unlock code is ok!

pls checks!

Hi,

thanks for info, will check it ASAP.
You can remove user code also by "Format FFS".

Same problem with V172 with moto01 v1.37 .
