this is what i get when trying to unlock this model

always stop at 75%
any suggestion

try using different battery that has a much stable capacity.....it happened to me before but managed to unlock the phone after replacing the battery

im using com 1 cable because not working with infinity cable
port settings is okey

Are you sure that your phone sp-locked ?
if yes: power on/off phone and try direct unlock again or try to read codes.
if not helps: read flash and send to InfinityHelp@yahoo.com.hk

No needs any BOX its free !

valid for others :Motorola: C113, C115, C115i, C116, C117, C118, C139, etc,,....
go folder data and get the codes.. the first 8 digits from left to right -

yes sir, phone is lock to smart,when other sim inserted it ask for subsidy password.have tried many times direct unlock or read codes but no luck.also tried to read flash but to no avail.it stops at check flash 2 fail

What is the error during flash reading ? Log ?

try to check the 3pin cable and if thats ok attach serial cable from pc to infinity box (here i used com 1 & the orig 3pin cable from infinity) then try to unlock again....i used infinity for almost all c139 unlocking though free soft would do but as an infinity box user we always trying all possibilities utilizing this

regret to say, i was not able to save the log during flash reading but it is almost same with my previous log that it fails reading in flash 2.at the moment, phone is not in my hands.

by the way, the phone is in "simlock contact service provider" when the customer handled it to me.this means that it is simlock to Smart and tried using simcard from other provider and entering wrong codes resulting to not accepting any simcard.upon trying to read codes and direct unlock which having some failed, the phone accept simcard from the original provider

but it is still simlock to other network

will post again as soon as customer come back.

i use the T191 com cable.do you mean i have to connect the serial port cable to infinity box and pc?i just use usb cable connecting pc and box.

used the appropriate cable mate (C139 Cable).. all the operations you've done is OK, i think the only problem is in your cable...

Hi,

Try to read flash again.
Aslo send me eeprom backup files ("backup...." files in folder with software)
