sir i have moto c140 & unlock but its show this massage

Hi,

1. insert any SIM card in phone
2. power On phone
3. power Off phone
4. make unlock

Are you sure that your phone sp-locked but not user code ?

You can try to flash phone.

select the right model you have selected c113 model
select 139,140 option

it worked for me in first try

Start software and press "Unlock" button and yo phone will be unlocked w/o any problems.

It's good idea to read "this text" instead of attach files with "this text".
