Did you tried to make 112 call w/o sim ?
Did you tried to check phonehardware, f.e. RF part ?

phone is neat and clean no repair from inside checked and i repeat it restart on every 2 or 3 second

so can not make call 112

without sim it works no restart

Could you, please, explain, what was the problem that customer described you ?

yup i made 112 but call failed

phone came to me after enter sim unathorised phone and i have made options described in faq

phone is ok but no network and restart and also send file backup on given mail id support

it's no need to send any backup to me.
flash phone with high firmware version, use different repair eeprom files, make "repair unauthorized", make reset

Flashing complete in 2 min because you use "smart write" function enabled, in this case softare only verify flash chip content instead of write.
Flashing error: charge battery, try to repeat process several times.
Probably you have a reason to flash phone with other flash files set.

Do you mean that flash write ok but eeprom can't be written ?
If so, probably it's need to check phone hw, f.e. rehot flash chip.

i also have c168 hang proble phone was ok after flashing phone no network i can call 112 but no network..............

Today receive phone with Unauthorized phone . Repair Unauthorized phone OK. But phone restart and no network. Try to write Eprom and main firmware but not help. So try to write Full flash with higher version(Main+Flex+LP+images+melody) Now phone working fine. :):):)

if no network check the supported frequency of phone
u will see that c168 its 850/1900 Mhz and most networks use 900/1800 Mhz hence u have no network...
( ...only solution would be to convert it...like some other samsungs like x497....NOT SURE if solution is available for this one..search)

Flash main, flex, lang, melody, images, eeprom and then use "Repair" button
