C168 Problem

I have C168 porblem is when i insert sim i get this errore "Unauthorized Phone" any solution.

after reset phone automaticaly again and again restart .

and i chack with full flash same condition what i update formware ?

what is this phone history ?
what was the reason that you tried to make reset ?

When i flash phone my phone go "Unauthorized Phone" then I try :

when I press power phone completely on but I do any thing phone restart 6-10 second continue this prosses . any solution....

After what operation phone become restart ?
did you tried to power on phone w/sim ?
did you tried to power on phone w/o sim ?
did you tried to make 112 call w/sim and w/o sim ?
I need so detailed info as possible.
I think you know that good problem/process description = 99% of good answer.

let me explain.
phone status:
>>before any operation with infinity - "unauthorized phone" with SIM

>>after - prepare and repair unauthorized with infinity - without sim phone shows insert sim AND with simcard.. it prompts to set date and time BUT before we finish that steps phone starts rebooting. Again it comes to date /time settings OR searching.

>> and in any case upon[bfore and after software] *#06# - imie no. ________ blank.

Though in process window software shows the IMEI backed eeprom up etc. etc. But here pl note that - THE imei shown in process window does not match the phone's original IMEI !!!

I tick the box 'Repair "unauthorised Phone"' and i give ' Prepare '
after this process i remove the cable and battery insert the battery without sim card its not rebooting
when i put the sim card its rebooting continuesouly within 5 seconds.
without simcard when i press *#06# it shows nothing IMEI is blank.

Any soultion to solve this problem sir

Power On phone w/o SIM.
Start Moto02 and make "Reset".
Waiting for results.

no not working your trick

same restart with simcard and imei blank, No service

what to do now
