C168i 850/1900 -> 900/1800 ???


Hi, any solution to convert Motorola C168i from 850/1900 to 900/1800? By software or by hardware?

hardware can be converted but the problem is no tool yet to unlock the phone only server logs...

I even try to unlock it using mssbox2 but with no success, hardware modifications is like w220 US based phones mainly Tracfone type.., i flashed it infinity first then take out filters and put jumper and voila i had a working w220 with dual band function works, 900/1800mhz, filter is same with w68i ATT do hardware modification is not difficult to follow.. just needs solution to unlocl it...

Not conected with infinity-box if phone power off for unlock processed, but for reset phore code conected if phone power on, maybe this version lock at bootloader,thank's this inspiration for infinty-team for new job and new update u product

i have motorola c168i that is unlocked and I will be visiting India in febraury so i was just wonder how do i get the frequency changed so i could use the phone in India
