c168i unlock problem - GSM-Forum

Hi all, I am trying to unlock c168i phone from att v1.23 but the won't communicate with the box. here is the log.

COM18 [VCP0] selected
module v1.32
Device: Motorola-C168i
"advanced chip detection" active
Action: unlock
Checking data, wait...
Boot ...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !

any idea what to do?

The phone that I am trying to unlock is C168i NOT C168. I think all C168i versions are supported. I tried many T191 cables and the box reads the user code 1234 but can NOT unlock the phone. I get the error above everytime I want to unlock the phone. Please let me know:
1. Why I get that error?
2. What at&t C168i versions are supported by infinity box to unlock ?
3. What at&t C168 versions are supported by infinity box to unlock if any?
4. How can I unlock the C168i exactly, setp by step?

Hello,
AT&T C168 is not supported yet.

man first read forum that phone its not supported in any box or sw, try with codes via imei

not possible yet any box bro i hope infinity box do this world first

we all wainting for this most wanted sp unlock; so u have to tell your customer to wait for the miracle; the solution will come one day

Unlock is not possible. Even after unlock there will be no 900/1800 Mhz network. Not useful in APAC...
