Strange Problem with W375 - GSM-Forum

i Recieved one Motorola W375 for unlocking but its not powering ON so i tell to customer that may be fone is dead so he said oOK Repair it so i selected the option "Try to power-on after Operation" and then simply unlock it fone is unlocked and powered on Ook but when i power it Off again with button and try to power it on but phone not powering oN but it takes power, so i just again connect with Infinity and read Information and "try to power-on after operation" was selected and after reading information phone again power on OOk but with normal power button its not powering on what could be the problem, its connecting Ook with INfinity Box so i can not say its Button Problem.

any help will be appriciated.

Hello,

Probably you need to flash phone main + lp + flex and make "format ffs".
But it may be hardware promblem also (f.e. damaged or bad soldered flash chip)

I did this i flash MAIN LP EEPROM but didn't flash with flex also i format FFS everything goes well but when i check the option " Try power-on After Operation" then fone turned on even if i just read info of the fone but not powering on with Button.

for me it is a hardware problem open phone and clean power botton contact

This is hardware problem....check if it is getting on while charging only..if yes check for volume keys are not shorting
