If during unlock process you see in software log window error messages like: "Err: this hardware not supported yet" "Err: this unit can't be unlocked" this means that currently we have no methods to unlock this phone. Please, no need to send to us backup files from phones that can't be unlocked. Backup from sp-locked phone can't help us to unlock it. Please, don't ask us privately to unlock phones that can't be unlocked. We will ignore all this kind of questions. ______________________________________ Its mean we can't unlock it at the moment??? The program show me that unlock is done successfuly but when i tried the phone wiht sim card it was still lkocked. Member: 252201 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 148 | I also experienced the same unlock failure with C261 with simlock to Sun Cellular. The best thing to do is to wait. Infinity support is really working out of it more than we expected. Patience now applies here. Hope the soonest time possible. |
