C261 restarting after unlock


Infinity Team Need help plz
I have readed How to to repair C257, C261, V175, V176, V177 "restart problem”.
Prob is that flax file is not on the support"sp-locked: 23430."
and other big prob now is that I cant find original phone locked to the same network to read full flash
Now how to solve that prob that i can fix restarting.Customer is creating prob

Phone was locked I tried to unlock and phone is restarting now.
I have readed post about c261.
Plz InfinityTeam solve this prob every one is cring about c261.

Infinity-Box unlock C261 without an problems in several seconds only, nobody crying, everybody is satisfied and more than happy with this solution.
If you have any problems you must explain the problem and post logs here instead of write strange words and cry.

write eeprom backup from moto module.your phone will be in earlier state.
Then try to unlock again.

not a bad reply for a "junior member" with 9 posts

@rana4star, are you sure you are using the latest sw, and made direct unlock? Becouse with the latest version there are no problems unlocking C261...

try format ffs and if doesn't work do repair eeprom then unlock it again

much better to write eeprom bacck up from motto module then then unlock again its 100% go back to normal
