Member: 331390 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 434 | C261 Tracfone, LOCKED in GLOBE??  TRACFONE written on housing. IMEI starts at "010". so I said to customer, it needs to be convert first before he can USE it. but, "no, I'm using it with GLOBE Sim" he said, so I put a globe sim into it. I was shocked! yes it accepts GLOBE sim and has full signal.so I tried to UNLOCK it, I saw, it was really LOCKED to GLOBE watch out!Quote:

Member: 753858 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 14 | Maybe the phone was originally locked to TRACFONE and was flashed with a FLEX File which is locked to Globe network and the one who did the convert forgot to unlock it, that is why it is locked particularly to Globe...... Just my idea.............. |

Also as I can see from your log this phone was already flashed by someone with ordinary firmware (SW version: 0.1.32) so phone is not customized for TracFone now. |
