It's not a hard to repeat instruction for you:
1. find in Moto01 folder eeprom file for your phone (it exist for sure due to was automatically created during first unlock try)
2. write eeprom backup in your phone
3. make unlock

I hope it's enough clear explanation, anyway, if you will have any problems just ask your questions and we can repeat our advices.

p.s.
if you can't find eeprom file in folder with software this means that your initial problem description was not honest and you must explain problem exactly and explaine what tool you tried to use and what operations you tried to make.

With Infnity You may easy repair phone too, but you must write the backup which is created when phone is unlocked not any backup from Moto01 folder You may find the name of backup in log file InfinitySupport say you what you must do in previous posts but you don't read carefull and rewrite full flash (why?).

@sonetek
it's not possible that phone did not returned to it's original state after restore eeprom backup.
If you write in phone eeprom backup but phone not in it's original state this means that you did not write eeprom or you write not original eeprom.
Each eeprom backup file created during unlock contain in file name imei and date/time when it was created so you can easily find required eeprom file.
