C261 V0.1.66 "unlock Code"-tried-can Not - GSM-Forum

I HAVE A C261 V0.1.66 ASKING "ENTER UNLOCK CODE"(SECURITY CODE ALSO CHANGED FROM DEFAULT)

I TRIED TO UNLOCK IN MOTO 01 V1.27-ERROR MESSAGE AS BELOW

COM2 selected
Device: C261
Device must be POWERED-ON !
Connecting, wait...
Err: Phone not powered or bad connection

THAT MEANS DID NOT CONNECT.I CHANGED CONNECTION IN SETTINGS FROM DEFAULT TO SECUREV CERTIFICATE 1 AND 2 -NO SCOPE-ERROR MESSAGE AS ABOVE

ITS NOT CABLE PROBLEM-WHILE TRY TO UNLOCK SP LOCK GOT AS BELOW-AND I ALREADY BACK UP MEMORY USING SAME CABLE
