phone just went dead by itself then i tried flashing with the 2 avail flash in support but phone still dead....before flashing i made back up and sent to support support@infinity-box.com including eeprom....can u pls check whats wrong with it????? Thanks!

I am very satisfy with your help in unlocking Konka C926
I have done more then 100 pcs, but I never do flash back up because i think its a waist of time.

In some of these Konka's while writing Eeprom, it fails..!!!
If it fails, the phone is death.
Even we flash back, it will not revive the phone.

WHAT TO DO IN THIS CASE?????

Hi,

After flash back eeprom backup phone have to be returned in ot's original state.
If problem still sexist after eeprom backup write: send me to mail Log file and eeprom backup to check: InfinityHelp@yahoo.com.hk

INFINITY SUPPORT,

Can u pls give a better explanaition in what to do?
Normaly the program use to back up the eeprom of each phone I use to unlock with Infinity. But as I earlier wrote, I haven't back up phone flash.
I went to the infinity Support area, and downloaded the en_fr_sp Version of haity, and loaded it back to the phone.

Everything went o.k, but the to upload the backedup eeprom to the phone it's NOT possible with the infinity program as the option is there, but NOT hightlighted.

So....., what to do?
How to upload eeprom back to phone?

Phone is still death!

Hi,

Please, download MModule v1.17 from support area "beta/test software" section, eeprom write enabled.
Also, pls, send me "backup_..." files to check (was auto-created in folder with software): InfinityHelp@yahoo.com.hk

O.k This phone I had it long time waiting. The Eeprom back_up should be there also, but how to identify it wich one is exactly of this phone.
After flashing with the main flash I got from the support erea, i tryed to unlock again and got this results:

File type: Eeprom does not reconizing any eeprom back_up I have.
Should I change the file extention?

One more thing I hace noticed is that there is no way to identify wich eeprom backup is from this phone, and the size off each backup difrend in size.

Hi,
No need to change file extension. Send me backup files to mail.
Identify file: only by file date.
