this is pull up resistors.
One side of resistors going to +5V
other sides goes to Tx and Rx phone pins

Sorry @Infinity did u have manual to connect into Infinity (red) box (have 2 RJ45 Slot) which one should be use for and for what type of HandPhone/Set (Like Panasonic then I should be use RJ45 that has RTS and CTS)???
